Pickled fish is a good way to enjoy your catch long after you caught it and is easy to prepare. Fillet your fish then cut the fillets into bite size pieces and put them into a glass jar, then add the ingredients.
Adjust the ingredients to suit the size of the jar.
3 cups of vinegar and 1 cup of water.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 slice of onion.
1 slice of lemon or lime and then squeeze the remainder and add the juice .
Refrigerate and enjoy (can be eaten after about 4 hours)
